Hide Picks Questions

I have "Hide Picks" turned on, when will my players be able to see everyone's picks?
As soon as the first game starts for the week (depending on your pick deadline setting either Thursday or Sunday), your players picks for the week will be displayed on the standings screen.

Default Pick Questions

What if my player already picked the most favored team? What is their default pick?
Their default pick will automatically be the next pick in the order that is posted on the homepage.

What about if there is a point spread tie for the default pick?
The order that is posted on the homepage is the order the default pick will be assigned.

Thursday Game and Sunday Pick Deadline Questions

I have my pick deadline as the Sunday game, what happens to Thursday picks?
Your players can pick the Thursday game as long as they pick it before it starts. If they pick the Thursday game they can't change their pick after the Thursday game starts if your deadline is sunday. If they leave it blank, and the Thursday game started, they can pick sunday games. If they leave their pick blank after Sunday games start then default pick will be assigned (if you use this feature) on monday night when I run the script to assign their pick.

Login Questions

Will my last seasons login work?
NO. Each season your players must register in your pool again to acknowledge joining your pool.

My Email Invitations Questions

Am I going to have to add everyone's email again each year?
NO. When you create your new pool each season, use the SAME EMAIL ADDRESS you used the year before and when you create your pool, you will see all your invitations ready for you to invite in Admin Home.

Multiple Players Questions

How do I register more than one player in a Pool or Multiple Pools?
Use the SAME EMAIL ADDRESS each time you register to enable the multiple login screen. Your pool admin must allow multiple players and have this setting set to ON.

Change Email Questions

I entered the wrong email address, how do I change it?
After you login, click on your email address to go the to change email address screen. Also, your pool admin can change your email address for you.

Activation Fee Questions

How do I pay the $25 Activation Fee to activate my Pool?
You can pay using Google Checkout or by mailing a Check / Money Order (See Details)

I paid the activiation fee, when will my Pool be activated?
Once your payment goes through, I have to manually activate your pool in the database. I usually do this within a few hours.

Making Picks for your Players Questions

My players not internet savvy, can I make picks for them?
YES. On the Player Management screen you can submit/delete your players picks for them.

Multiple Pool Admin Questions

Can I have more than one Pool Admin running the same Pool?
YES. Please email me your Pool ID and Player name that you would like to be the second admin and I will enable that manually in the database.
